Hi, I'm Jackie!

Delicious, nutritious cooking is my passion. I spend my days dreaming up new ways to cook healthy ingredients, and there is nothing I love more than visiting a farmer's market and loading up on beautiful, healthy produce. I'm currently a culinary nutrition student at Johnson and Wales University in Providence, RI, and I'm loving every minute of it!
Although I'm not super coordinated when it comes to sports, I love to exercise, and my favorite way to sweat is definitely running. I ran cross country in high school and got started running endurance races with Team in Training in fall of 2012. Since, I've completed four half marathons and four full marathons!

One of my favorite ways to cook and write recipes is by answering requests. Want me to make a healthier version of your favorite food (or make it vegan)?
